Michael Murray

Michael Murray, age 57, is Senior Vice President of Circulation for the Company, a position he has held since October 2007. Mr. Murray was Vice President of Circulation since October 2002. He joined the corporate office in October 2001 as Corporate Circulation Director and has been with Journal Register Company since 1998 where he was the Circulation Director for the Daily Local News in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In early 1999, he was promoted to Circulation Director at the Delaware County Daily Times located in Primos, Pennsylvania. Mr. Murray has 39 years of newspaper management experience since beginning his career in 1969. His experience includes directorships at the Des Moines Register, and Asbury Park Press and Corporate Director positions with Thomson Newspapers and Ingersoll Publications. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DFM Associates, Inc., a Philadelphia based publishing and advertising company.
